These terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of the reperix.io website (the "Site"), operated by TeamLab S.r.l., registered office at Via Roma 6, 23900 Lecco (LC), Italy, VAT and tax code 03992200133 ("TeamLab"). By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is informational and for sales contact regarding the Reperix product. The information published (including descriptions of features, deployment options and pricing indications) is indicative and may be changed, suspended or removed at any time without notice. The provision, activation and use of the Reperix product are governed by a separate contract between TeamLab and the customer and do not arise from merely browsing the Site. No content on the Site constitutes a binding contractual offer.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and all its content (the "Reperix" name, logo and trademarks, text, graphics, images, layout, code and software) are owned by TeamLab or the respective right holders and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Only consultation for personal use is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, modification or any other unauthorized use, in whole or in part, without TeamLab's prior written consent, is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
  • attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Site's operation or compromise its security;
  • carry out bulk data extraction (scraping), overload the infrastructure or introduce malicious code;
  • submit, via the contact form, false data or third-party data without authority.

5. Contact form

By submitting a request via the contact form you declare that the data provided is true and that you are entitled to share it. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or resources. TeamLab does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such sites.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamLab makes no warranty, express or implied, as to continuous availability, absence of errors or interruptions, accuracy, completeness or currency of the content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunities, arising from access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law remains unaffected.

9. Force majeure

TeamLab shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, by way of example, natural events, pandemics, acts of authority, war, acts of terrorism, power, network or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks or third-party provider outages.

10. Changes to the Terms

TeamLab may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Site; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
