  • DocuWare

    Connects to your DocuWare archive: metadata and automatic sync, with visibility you assign to Reperix groups. Citations link back to the document in your own DocuWare.

  • Google Drive

    Drive folders synced automatically: native Google files (Docs, Sheets, Slides) are converted and made queryable too.

  • Websites and URLs

    Index pages and whole sites: online documentation, the company website, public manuals. Citations open the live page.

  • Webhook

    The universal connector: a private URL where custom ERPs and DMSs push documents to index. A single POST, no development.

  • Manual upload

    Upload files directly into the app (PDFs, Word, Excel, text and images, including scanned documents) and start asking questions right away.

Have a system you don't see here? With the webhook your software delivers the documents to Reperix itself, with one simple call. And in the other direction, the query API lets that same software ask the questions and use the answer inside its own processes.

One important detail

Reperix reads the “hard” documents too

Many archives contain scanned PDFs, electronic invoices, images: files that aren’t trivial to extract text from. Reperix takes care of it for you, so even documents you can’t search today become queryable.
