This policy describes how TeamLab S.r.l. processes personal data collected through the reperix.io website (the "Site"), under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law. The Site is an informational and sales-contact site about the Reperix product; the provision of the Reperix product is governed by a separate contract and is not covered by this policy.

1. Data controller

The data controller is TeamLab S.r.l., registered office at Via Roma 6, 23900 Lecco (LC), Italy, VAT and tax code 03992200133. For any request regarding personal data: [email protected].

2. Personal data processed

  • Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
  • Navigation and statistical data collected, with your consent, via analytics tools (Google Analytics): pages visited, device and browser data, identifiers, in aggregate form and with anonymized IP. See the Cookies section.
  • Technical log data generated automatically by the servers (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), processed for the security and correct operation of the Site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to contact requests and arranging demos or quotes: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and your consent (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Statistical analysis of Site usage: your consent via the banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Security, abuse prevention and correct operation of the Site: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations: Art. 6.1.c GDPR.

4. Data retention

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where there is a commercial interest, for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless consent is withdrawn. Statistical data is retained per the Google Analytics settings (typically up to 14 months). System logs are kept for a limited period (typically up to 12 months). Afterwards data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed on our behalf and on our instructions by providers appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, including:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU): handling of the contact form, sales contacts and email.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): navigation statistics via Google Analytics.
  • Hosting provider (data centers located in the European Union): technical operation of the Site.
  • IT consultants and providers assisting the controller, where necessary.

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EU

The use of Google Analytics may involve transferring data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). You may ask us for more information at [email protected].

The Site uses the following categories of tools.

Technical cookies and storage

Tools necessary for the Site to work, including storing your consent choice (saved in the browser's local storage under the key reperix_cookie_consent). They do not require consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, how the Site is used. These tools are enabled only after you give consent via the banner, and collection uses IP anonymization. You can reject them without any limitation to your browsing. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing the Site data from your browser: on your next visit you will be asked for consent again.

8. Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise, within the limits of the law, the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). To exercise them, write to [email protected].

9. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. Changes

The controller may update this policy. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Please review it periodically.
