A private URL per flow
Create an endpoint with a name (say "Invoicing system") and get a secret address. Your system sends documents there, with nothing to install.

Visibility is your call
For each endpoint you decide who will see the incoming documents: the whole company or specific departments. The sender cannot change that choice.

Revocable in one click
Each endpoint has its own key: if an integration changes or a key leaks, you disable it immediately, and the others keep working.
How it works

Create the endpoint
From the app, in seconds: name the flow and choose the visibility of the incoming documents.

Configure your system
Paste the URL into the ERP or DMS that should send the files. A single POST call is all it takes: any software can do it.

Documents become searchable
Every file sent is read, indexed and made available to questions, with the same citations and the same permissions as everything else.
Security
Visibility is set by the admin, not by the sender
Each endpoint address is secret and does exactly one thing: receive documents into the space the administrator defined. Whoever holds the URL cannot read anything, cannot choose who sees the files and cannot step outside the assigned perimeter. And every received document follows the same permission rules as all of Reperix: each person only ever sees what they are entitled to.
